Auto Monitor was launched in January 2001. Auto Monitor is a fortnightly magazine and publishes information on commercial vehicles, auto components, roads and infrastructure as well as the government policies in india. The magazine targets senior professionals of the automotive industry, engineers, scientists and the research and development specialists.

Our aim is to reflect the state of our indian automotive industry, vis-a-vis the automotive sector worldwide. Factual, unbiased, uncut and up front - that's how we bring the indian automotive industry to our readers. Also, being an outward looking publication, we always strive to keep our readers informed of automotive developments in neighbouring countries, and elsewhere.

In addition to passenger vehicles (cars and motorcycles / scooters), we also look at commercial vehicles, auto components, roads and infrastructure, government policies, automotive steel/rubber, automotive technologies, alternative fuels, automobile design and so on. We cover the entire gamut of industries connected to with core auto business.

Recognition for our work has also come by way of leading apex bodies like cii, siam, acma, and siat, who have chosen auto monitor as the 'official magazine' for various events organised by them. This recognition is a huge honour and accreditation for us, and drives home the point that auto monitor is the definitive authority when it comes to the automotive sector in india.
