of products which includes TOX® Powerpackage- the
pneumo-hydraulic cylinder,TOX® Powerpackage presses
,TOX® fine presses, TOX® sheet metal joining
systems, TOX® electric drives.
We are world leaders in hydropneumatic cylinders and
presses. We can go from 200 kg upto 200 tons with input
of 6 bar air input. We guarantee 10 million strokes
without a seal wear or oil topup / leakage.
TOX® POWERPACKAGE, hydropneumatic cylinder is the
energy saving pneumatic intensifier with integrated
oil system and automatically activated powerstroke.
Our technology combines pneumatics and hydraulics with
the following advantages :- Lower energy consumption,
Compact, clean design, High stroke frequency, Easy on

TOX® -Servo - Press-Systems / TOX Electric drives
is a super compact servo drive unit with high precision
planetary roller screw for maximum space saving and
wide force requirements in compact design. It is a high
speed, precise,low maintenance, modular design drive
with integral antirotation.TOX Electric Power modules
are slim drive EPMS, compact drive EPMK, & robotic
tong drive EPMR.
TOX® HYDROPNEUMATIC (PNEUMOHYDRAULIC) PRESSES:
TOX Hydropneumatic presses work much more economically
than conventionally driven presses because our TOX press
programme includes the TOX Powerpackage, an energy saving
power cylinder combining advantages of pneumatics and
hydraulics. The total stroke is divided into an air-operated
fast approach stroke needing little energy and an automatically
initiated pneumohydraulic power stroke. Many hydraulic
systems and pneumatic cylinders waste a lot of energy
during the approach stroke while the powerstroke of
our TOX presses starts only when it is needed.
TOX® FINE PRESS is a small press program in the
range from 2 57 KN available in three frame sizes
for each force range. This small handy press increases
productivity at assured quality and saves on investment.
The quality of fine press is defined by a precise linear
ram guide, smooth operation, robust design, cast steel
frames and pressing monitoring. The flexibility of fine
press comes with ample accessories, quick tool change
and a 360 deg adjustable pull handle. It has the best
price for a specific performance ratio and the accessories
can be retrofitted anytime.
TOX® JOINING SYSTEMS: We have a patented joining
system called TOX round joint,which forms the core of
our technology. In this process, a simple round punch
presses the materials to be joined into the cavity.
As the force continues to increase, the punch side material
is forced to spread outwards within the die side material.
The result is an aesthetically pleasing round button
which joins clearly without any burrs or sharp edges.
The anticorrosive properties remains intact even for
aluminium or galvanized sheet metals as the protective
layer flows with the material.
TOX®-Controls & Monitoring: Our controls meet
or exceed all current applicable technical guidelines
and regulations of the Occupational Safety Administration
and are CE and OSHA Conforming. Two-hand operation according
to European Guideline EN574 Type III C. Our superior
process monitoring utility for pressing and forming
operations, such as force-travel functions which allows
the display and editing of the recorded press-cycle
with complex envelope curves or simple windows.
