The major equipments offered by VR COATINGS PVT.LTD. today are in three categories :

The RHINO range of heavy duty airless spray painting equipments with maximum output pressures ranging from 180 to 450 bar, suitable for high viscosity, solventless, low solvent coating, semisolid coatings / adhesives and sealants, marine coatings etc and are designed for tough working conditions that can be found at shipyards, steel fabrication sites, railway workshops and similar sites.

The TIGER range medium duty airless spray painting equipments with output pressure ranging from 72 to 320 bar is suitable for liquids of medium viscosity, primers, finish paints and paints of medium viscosity and particle size.

Our HIPPO range of low-pressure paint transfer pumps have a maximum output pressure ranging from 12 to 30 bars. These pumps are recommended for transferring paint materials, oils, explosive liquids etc. and are designed for high delivery up to 60 ltr/min. suitable for multiple spray guns and paint circulation systems.

The ELEPHANT range of low-pressure paint transfer pumps have a maximum output pressure ranging from 12 to 24 bar.

These pumps are recommended for transferring paint materials, oils, explosive liquids etc. and are designed for high delivery up to 120 ltr/min. suitable for multiple spray guns and paint circulation systems.

The CHEETAH range of two component hot airless spray painting equipments have maximum output pressure ranging up to 450 bar. These pumps are recommended for high performance solventless coatings and paints and are designed for delivery up to 8 ltr/min. and are suitable for on site applications.

The DRUMPRESS range of Medium and Heavy duty airless dispensing / spraying equipments is suitable for semi-solid and pasty materials.

Besides the above standard range, we have also supplied our pumps and equipments for dispensing or removing petrol, mixing and dispensing of radiator coolers, dispensing of grease on conveyorised production etc.
